About Ghanta Ghar and Sardar Market
Maharaja Sardar Singh built the clock tower in the 1880s and the market that fills the square around it has not stopped since. This is where you start a walk into the blue lanes of Navchokiya and Chandpole, and where you eat the mirchi vada and makhaniya lassi that Jodhpur is known for. Mornings are the time, before the tour groups.
