The birthplace shrine of Sant Ravidas, the 15th-century bhakti poet and cobbler whose verses are in the Guru Granth Sahib. The white marble temple with its gold dome was built from the 1960s largely with money from his followers in Punjab and abroad. On Ravidas Jayanti, the full moon of Magh in late January or February, several lakh pilgrims arrive by special trains and the whole area becomes a fairground.
