About Pandupol

A reclining Hanuman shrine deep inside Sariska, at a natural gap in the rock which the Pandavas are said to have opened during their exile. Pilgrims drive in on the tar road on Tuesdays and Saturdays without a safari ticket, which is also why the reserve struggles with traffic. A seasonal waterfall runs beside the temple in the monsoon.
