About Tattapani Hot Springs
A hot sulphur spring on the bank of the Sutlej river, about 50 km from Shimla, which local people believe cures skin and joint problems. The water is hot enough to steam and flows into small bathing tanks. River rafting in the Sutlej is possible nearby, and the Shiva temple at Shri Mahunag is close. It is lowland and warm even in winter.
