About Tanda Falls
A broad, low fall on a stream 14 km from Mirzapur in the same hills as Wyndham, with a dam and flat rocks around the pool. It fills in the monsoon and goes quiet by winter, and the current over the lip is stronger than it looks, so bathe in the pool below and not on the fall. A half day out from the city with the other two falls.
What to see and do
- The broad fall in August
- Flat rocks for a picnic
- The small dam above
- Combine with Wyndham and Sirsi
Part of Vindhya and Kaimur.
