About St John's Church
Begun in 1819 and finished in 1821, this is one of the oldest churches in north India and the garrison church of the 1857 cantonment. Its graveyard holds officers and families killed on 10 May 1857. A big, plain, well-kept building in the quiet cantonment grid.
