About Pavapuri Jain Tirth
A modern Jain pilgrimage complex built by the K. P. Sanghvi family from 1998 on the Sirohi to Abu Road highway, with a white marble Shankheshwar Parshvanath temple, a large gaushala and an artificial lake that has turned into a proper bird sanctuary with pelicans and painted storks in winter. It is spotless and well run, a convenient break on the way to Mount Abu.
