About Mandrem and Ashwem Beaches
Two long, calm stretches of sand between Arambol and Morjim. Mandrem is known for yoga retreats and small stays tucked among casuarina trees, and Ashwem is a little busier with beach cafes. A creek separates part of Mandrem from the road, so a few resorts are reached by a footbridge. Both are good for walks at sunrise when the beach is almost empty.
