About Bhimlat Falls

A 60-metre waterfall about 35 kilometres from Bundi on the Bijolia road, dropping into a rock pool beside a Shiva shrine in a cave, both named for Bhima. It runs in the monsoon and for a few weeks after, and is dry by December. The steps down are steep and the pool is deep; there have been drownings, so keep out of the water when it is running hard.
