About Triloknath Temple

An ancient temple in the Lahaul valley, sacred to both Hindus and Buddhists. Hindus see it as a Shiva shrine and Buddhists as the home of Avalokiteshvara. The temple is in a 10th century style, with a pagoda tower, and the Pauri fair in August draws thousands of local people.
