About Palolem Beach
A crescent of pale sand ringed by green hills in the far south, and the best known beach of South Goa. The bay is shallow and calm, so kayaking and paddle boarding are popular, and quiet evening events are held with headphones. Dolphin and island trips run from the south end. Prices and crowds jump in December and January, so choose weekdays or the weeks on either side.
