About Majorda Beach
A calm, wide beach in Salcete, a little north of Colva, with fewer people and a series of shacks in the shade of casuarina trees. It is a good spot for a quiet walk at dawn, and the village has old Portuguese houses. The sea can be rough in the monsoon. A good alternative if the main beaches are packed.
