About Bogmalo Beach
A small, sheltered beach on the Mormugao side, close to the airport, with a calm bay and a rocky headland. It is a base for scuba and snorkelling trips to the islets offshore in the clear months. The beach itself is short, so most come for the diving and a seafood lunch. Hollant beach, north of the headland, is a quieter strip. Water activities stop in the monsoon.
