About Mizoram State Museum
A small state museum on Macdonald Hill in Zarkawt with galleries of Mizo textiles, tools, weapons, musical instruments and a natural history room. The puan collection is the reason to come: the patterns of each community laid out with their names, which makes sense of what you see people wearing all over the state. An hour is enough. It closes on Sundays and government holidays.
