About All Saints Cathedral
A Gothic cathedral in white and red sandstone begun in 1871 to a design by William Emerson, who later did the Victoria Memorial in Calcutta, and consecrated in 1887. Locals call it Patthar Girja, the stone church. It stands in a roundabout in Civil Lines, the stained glass is intact and Sunday services are open to visitors. One of the finest colonial churches in north India.
