About Raghunath Temple, Kullu
The chief temple of Kullu, dedicated to Lord Raghunath, whose image was brought here in the 17th century, and the centre of the Kullu Dussehra festival. The temple stands on the Dhalpur Maidan, which is the ground for the weeklong Dussehra celebrations held every October, with chariots and hundreds of village deities.
