About Kundavada Kere
A large tank on the western edge of Davanagere that supplies part of the city's drinking water and doubles as its main evening outing. A paved walking track runs around the bund with lawns and a children's park, and the lake draws ducks, herons and cormorants in winter. Sunsets over the water are the reason most people come. It is about 5 km from the bus stand on the Harihar side of town.
