About Khilanmarg
A meadow slope above Gulmarg covered with flowers in spring, reached on foot or horseback from the Gulmarg bowl. In winter it is a snow slope for skiing and sledging. The Alpather lake lies behind it. It is quieter than the main bowl, and the view back over the valley is superb.
