About Gulmarg Gondola and Apharwat
One of the highest cable cars in the world, with two stages that take you from Gulmarg to about 3,979 metres on Apharwat. The upper station has a view of Nanga Parbat in the distance on a clear day, with snow all around. Book the tickets online in advance, as queues are long in the season. The cable car can stop in strong wind or snowfall.
