About Kaman and Chaurasi Khamba
Kaman is Kamyavan of the Braj tradition, one of the twelve forests of Krishna, and a halt on the Braj Chaurasi Kos parikrama. The Chaurasi Khamba is an 84-pillared hall of Pratihara-period temple parts reassembled as a mosque in the Sultanate period, and is an ASI site. Vimal Kund, a large stepped tank, and a string of small Krishna temples make up the rest of the pilgrim round.
