About Jubba Sahni Park
The main city park, named for Jubba Sahni, a Quit India activist hanged in 1944 for his part in the burning of Minapur police station in August 1942. It is where Muzaffarpur walks in the evening, with the district museum inside the gates. Not a sight in itself; a place to breathe between the temple and the jail memorial.
What to see and do
- Memorial to Jubba Sahni
- The Ramchandra Shahi Museum inside
- Evening walkers
