About Ziro Music Festival
An outdoor music festival held in the Ziro valley since 2012 over four days in late September, with two stages built of bamboo in the paddy fields and a line-up of independent bands from India and abroad. It is small by festival standards, a few thousand people, and camping in the fields is part of it. Hotels in Hapoli sell out, taxis from Naharlagun double their rates, and the valley is at its greenest.
