About Solang Valley
A green side valley, 14 km from Manali, famed for paragliding, zorbing and cable car rides in summer and for skiing in winter. The slopes are covered with snow from December to March, and the meadows are green in summer. It is crowded in peak season, and heavy snow may close the road.
