About Sohnag Parashuram Dham
A Parashuram temple beside a large tank a few km from Salempur, held locally to be where the sage did penance. There is a Kartik fair and a steady trickle of pilgrims the rest of the year. It is a rural shrine with a good tank; the temple buildings are recent.
