About Sarasgad
Rises directly above the Ballaleshwar Ashtavinayak temple at Pali, so most visitors combine darshan with the climb. The steps are steep and cut into rock in places, making it short but surprisingly demanding.
What to see and do
- Steep rock-cut steps
- Ballaleshwar Ashtavinayak temple at the base
- Bastions and cisterns on the summit
- Views over Pali town and Sudhagad
Part of Sahyadri (Western Ghats).
