About Puga Valley Hot Springs
A geothermal field on the Changthang plateau where steam and hot water rise from the ground, along with sulphur and borax deposits. It lies on the road between Tso Kar and Tso Moriri, in a bleak, beautiful landscape. It is quiet and remote, so carry supplies and go with a local guide.
