About Palampur Tea Gardens
A pleasant town set among tea gardens and pine forests, at the foot of the Dhauladhar range, with the Wah tea estate, Neugal Khad and the Tashi Jong Tibetan village. Kangra tea, which is green and black, is sold at local shops. Cool and green, it is a good place to stay for a few days.
