About Mehandipur Balaji
A Hanuman temple on the Dausa-Karauli border known across north India as a place where possession and spirit trouble are treated. Tuesdays and Saturdays are the big days and what you see in the courtyards can be unsettling. Local rules are strict: eat nothing here, take nothing away, and do not carry the prasad home. Go with an open mind and behave as a guest.
