About Kamki and the Yomgo
A small hydroelectric project on the Yomgo about 15 km out of Aalo, and the stretch of river around it is where the town goes for a picnic. Clear green water over boulders, a few gravel beaches, nothing built for visitors. Go in the dry months when the river is low and the water is clear; in the rains it is a brown torrent and not a place to stand near.
