About Hunli
The first settlement beyond the Mayodia pass on the Anini road, an Idu Mishmi village and circle headquarters in a fold of the hills with pine and cane-brake round it. Most people break the Roing to Anini drive here for tea. Walk the village, look at the Mishmi textiles if someone is weaving, and move on before the light goes.
