A two storied oval pavilion in the old Ahom capital of Sivasagar, built in the eighteenth century by king Pramatta Singha, from where royalty watched buffalo fights and other sports at the time of Rongali Bihu. Its roof carries the shape of an upturned royal boat, and it is among the oldest surviving amphitheatres of its kind in Asia.
