About Pangin
Where the Siyom comes in from the west and joins the Siang, a few kilometres off the Pasighat road. The confluence is the sight, two big rivers of different colours meeting below the village, and the rafting expeditions that come down the Siang from Yingkiong pass through here. The rivers are dangerous in the monsoon; look, do not swim.
