About Mubarak Mandi Palace
The old royal residence of the Dogra rulers, a large complex of courtyards and halls that mix Rajasthani, Mughal and European styles. Parts have been restored, with the Sheesh Mahal, the Pink Hall and the Durbar Hall as the main sights, while other parts are still closed. It sits beside the Tawi near the city centre, so it combines well with a walk through the old town.
