About Khiching Temple
The old seat of the Bhanja kings of Mayurbhanj, with a stone temple to Kichakeshwari that dates to around the tenth century, though much of the present temple was rebuilt in the twentieth. A small museum next to it holds carved sculptures from the area. It is on the way to or from Simlipal, and takes an hour or two.
