About Khagra Mela
A winter fair on the Khagra grounds at Kishanganj that has been running for about 300 years, once one of the big cattle and trade fairs of the region alongside Sonepur. Today it is more entertainment and shopping than livestock, but it still pulls people from across Seemanchal and north Bengal. Dates vary each year, so check before travelling.
