About Hedvi Dashabhuja Ganesh
A rare ten-armed Ganesh carved in white stone, seated rather than dancing, which very few temples anywhere show. A short walk away is the Bramhanal, a narrow chasm in the rock shelf where the sea forces itself in and shoots up as spray at high tide. Do not go close to the edge when it is running.
What to see and do
- The ten-armed Dashabhuja Ganesh in white stone
- Bramhanal chasm, where the sea blows through the rock
- Hedvi beach, quiet even in season
- Guhagar and Velneshwar within reach
