A temple on Neel Parvat, on the eastern bank of the Ganga across from the main town, linked in tradition to the goddess Chandi who killed Shumbha and Nishumbha. A ropeway runs from near the base, and a trek of a couple of kilometres goes up through forest. It is quieter than Mansa Devi and a good sunset stop.
