About Chandan Dam
An irrigation reservoir on the Chandan river a short drive from Banka town, where the river comes down from the Jharkhand hills. The dam wall gives a long view over the water and the low ridges behind it. It is a local picnic and sunset spot, nothing more, and fits between Mandar Hill and Odhni on a Banka day.
