About Bhayaharan Nath Dham
A Shiva temple at Katra Gulab Singh, 30 km from Pratapgarh on the Prayagraj side, whose name means the one who takes fear away. Legend ties the lingam to Bhima and the killing of Bakasura, for whom the Bakulahi river is named. It is a large modern complex on the river with a Monday and Shravan crowd and a long weekly market. A stop rather than a trip.
