About Bameng
A circle headquarters in the hills west of Seppa, on the road that winds towards Bomdila through Nyishi villages and thick forest. Nothing built for visitors; the interest is the drive and the villages along it, bamboo houses on stilts with long verandas. A day trip from Seppa if the road is open, which in the rains it often is not.
