About Yazali and the Ranganadi Dam
A town on the Panyor, known downstream as the Ranganadi, where the 405 MW Ranganadi Hydro Electric Project dams the river. The reservoir behind the dam and the gorge below it are the sights; the dam itself is not open to the public but the road gives views. Yazali is the first proper town on the climb from Kimin, and a good place to stop for lunch.
